Non-Markovianity – Semigroup Definition

Room: 204
Speaker: Matteo Carlesso
A way to construct a dynamics which seems to present memory effects will be presented. A specific example will be presented and studied. In particular, for this example will be shown how a precise definition of memory effects can not be given starting from the standard equations of motion. Some generalizations of the results we be presented.
